Made from scratch

with butter,

farm fresh eggs and cheeses,

and local signature ingredients in the tradition of our Belgian grandmothers.

Tarts contain 30 % less cheese and eggs than quiches.

We never use trans-fats, hydrogenated oils, color enhancers, additives or preservatives. Every quiche is immediately flashfrozen after the bake in order to guarantee freshness.

All fresh ingredients arrive in our kitchen in the morning and are transformed in delicious mouthwatering soups by the afternoon!

We never use any preservatives or additives, or loads of sodium. You will understand every single ingredient on the label. We have vegan, vegetarian and meat and fish options. And, we like to know the farmer who supplies us!

Born and raised in Belgium, we have worked and lived in France and Italy. Our meals are influenced by the textures and tastes we grew up with, and are a true ode to our Belgian Grandmothers, who made a meal out of the freshest ingredients.
